Professional installation is highly recommended for all items sold on our website. If you choose to install any items offered by PrecisionWorkz LLC yourself, the installation is done at your own risk. PrecisionWorkz LLC will not be held liable for ANY damages/issues that should arise during/after installation. By completing your purchase from our website (www.precisionworkz.com), you are agreeing to remove PrecisionWorkz LLC from any installation issues/damages, and are accepting full responsibility of installation for items provided to you by PrecisionWorkz.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Due to the variety of options avaliable for each set of retrofits headlights, all sets are built-to-order according to the customers specifications unless otherwise stated. During average workloads, you can expect your headlights to ship 3-4 weeks after your order is placed. During peak/show season workloads, you may experience 5-9 week build times. Build dates are also subject to change based upon supplier availability.
Covid has also caused numerous manufacturing delays which we are doing our best to work through! We also provide updates to you via text/email throughout the entire process.

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICIES (HEADLIGHT PURCHASES ONLY)
Cancellations: Cancellations may only be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. This is due to the fact that A) parts are purchased for the build as soon as the order is received, as well as booking the build spot into the schedule B) all headlights are built specific to the customers liking; whether that be specific parts, colors, options, etc. and are not re-sellable once the build has started. Unique circumstances will be taken into account. In the event that a cancellation is granted AFTER the 24 hour window, the order will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Refunds: Due to the nature of the product, refunds will not be issued. Every set is custom-built as per the customer order. Should an issue ever arise, we will absolutley help work you through the situtation to provide you with a solution that will be sure to meet your needs.
RETURN POLICIES (PART PURCHASES ONLY)
In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase and we are unable to come to a solution...
1. Only applicable to new, unused items.
2. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. All orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
4. Orders are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the original purchase date. After 30 days a refund will be given only in the form of store credit.
